You can delete your Design9 account and all of its data at any time. There are two ways to do it, and both remove the same things.
Deletion happens immediately. You are signed out as soon as it completes.
If you can no longer open the app, email support@design9.app from the address on your account, or tell us the account identifier shown under Me. We complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
We may ask you to confirm the request so that nobody can delete your account on your behalf.
This removes database rows and the stored image files — not merely a flag marking the account as closed.
Apple and Google hold their own record of your purchases. We cannot delete those — contact the store directly.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Apple and Google bill you, not us, so cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings first — see Support for how. If you only want to stop being billed, cancelling is all you need to do; it keeps your account and designs.
If you would like a copy of your data first, export it from the app before deleting, or ask us at support@design9.app.
